URUK project managed the construction a 2 phase development of 190 luxury apartments in Victoria Street, London. URUK completed the land assembly, feasibility studies, planning and planning management as well as the project management.

The development briefly comprised the following,

  • Phase 1 - Refurbishment of 45 two and three bedroom apartments including three bedroom penthouses over 6 floors.
  • Phase 2 - New build construction of 145 one, two and three bed apartments including three bedroom penthouses of 11 floors. The construction included for the excavation of a storey underground basement parking facility for 142 vehicles and courtyard podium deck over.

In delivering this project the company have successfully managed the development process from site purchase, feasibility study and planning and project managed the works through to construction completion and installation of the facilities management services through the use of the following in-house services,
