URUK have been involved with the redevelopment of the former Courts Superstore in Canterbury, Kent.

The development is located close to the city centre of Canterbury and consists of 42 apartments over 3 and 4 storeys with semi basement parking for 27 vehicles, as well as 20 up market terraced houses.
