URUK are particularly excited to be involved in the long term strategic land assembly on the 116 Hectare site, known as Top Wighay Farm, north of Hucknall in Nottinghamshire.

URUK find itself on the short list of developers for the disposal of the first 9.5 hectare parcel of council owned land which comes with the privilege of an outline planning permission. Notwithstanding this initial parcel of land, the company has developed a longer term strategic land assembly model to secure the surrounding land for future development to encompass the overall 116 Hectare site potential.

As this project is progressing ongoing feasibility studies and town planning exercises will be undertaken along with planning negotiations with the local authorities through our planning and planning management division.
