URUK project managed the construction of 329 apartments in Nottingham. In this joint venture with Laing O'Rourke, URUK completed the land assembly, feasibility studies, planning and planning management as well as the project management, with Laing O'Rourke undertaking a design and build contract for the development delivery.

The development briefly comprised the following,

  • Block A - 86 Studio, one and two bed apartments (Refurbished)
  • Block B - 54 Studio, one and two bed apartments with 13000 ft2 A3 use (Refurbished)
  • Block C - 61 Studio, one and two bed apartments (New Build)
  • Block D - 74 Studio, one and two bed apartments (Refurbished)
  • Block E - 54 Studio, one and two bed apartments (Refurbished)
  • 162 Spaces for basement parking with 31 surface parking spaces
  • Courtyard podium deck

In delivering this project the company have successfully managed the development process from site purchase, feasibility study and re-planning and project managed the works through to construction completion and installation of the facilities management services through the use of the following in-house services,
